• Items are expected to be returned unopened, in their original packaging and should be returned within a maximum of 28 days;


• The restocking fee will be the lesser of £25 or 25% of the price paid for the relevant Goods

• Delivery charges will usually be covered by the restocking fee, but this will be handled on a case-by-case basis and will be dependent on the product to be returned;


• Items delivered must be checked BEFORE installation. If You install the relevant goods, you will be deemed to have accept that the model, colour and finish correspond with the model, colour and finish stated in the order and such, goods will not be returnable or refundable for failure to comply with such attributes;


• Made-to-order items (bespoke sizes, finishes, glass radiators and electric towel rails and radiators) are non-returnable;


• Any discrepancies with orders (size, finish, quantity, etc.) should be reported within 48 hours of receipt;


• Please check your delivery carefully. If you notice any signs of damage to the items or packaging, please sign for the good as ‘damaged’ as a precaution and report this to Radox Radiators immediately;



• Products showing signs of manufacturing faults are covered under the relevant guarantee for the item. Photographs of such issues will be required before replacement parts can be sent out;


• Radox Radiators will replace goods deemed to have manufacturing issues as soon as possible, but will not be liable for any refitting charges incurred.
